The issue of inclusivity comes up in discussions of work of human rights organizations with increasing frequency. Inclusivity is often understood as something general and limitless.
Despite the fact that these limits are theoretically not specified, while inclusivity practices do not have a specific algorithm, at the roundtable discussion "Inclusivity and limits of an organization, community, society," we will get together with LGBT+ representatives, advocates and intergovernmental organizations to try to solve the issue of limits of inclusivity and look for answers to the following questions:
What successful practices of involvement and engagement of various populations work in Ukraine and worldwide?
Are there limits of inclusion in the work of organizations?
How can organizations, striving for complete openness, maintain the focus of their work and act in the interest of their target population?
With the participation of ILGA-Europe, Amnesty International, ECOM, UN Refugee Agency.
